This houseboat on the water offers you everything you need in a fixed and detached holiday home. Without a driver's license, you can easily and comfortably steer the electric-powered houseboat with a total boat area of 54 sqm, including 8 sqm covered outdoor deck and 18 sqm sun deck.

The houseboats are all equipped with an electric drive, battery power pack, solar system, shore power supply and, alternatively, an electric generator, on-board sewage treatment plant and fresh water treatment system, so that ecological life on the water is as self-sufficient as possible.

Look forward to 1 bedroom with panoramic views on the upper deck and 4 more spacious beds on the main deck.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, bath furniture, mirror and toilet.

In the high-end kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired (electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, combination washer/dryer, etc.), you can prepare delicious meals and a gas grill is also available on the main deck.

Entertainment is also provided by a TV radio music high-end sound system and at the same time with a WiFi connection on board.

The lounge on the covered outdoor deck or the spacious lounge on the upper deck invite you to relax and enjoy wonderful views.
