The Floating 140

is a comfortable holiday home with a total usable area of approx. 192 m². It is spread over three floors divided into ground floor, upper floor and large roof terrace. In addition, a large and surrounding terrace is available on the floating concrete pontoon. To cool off, you can dive directly into the water using the attached swim ladder. Thanks to its ideal room layout, this is suitable Floating 140 very good for four to six people.

With 140 square meters of living space and with a modern air-water heat pump with floor heating and a towel bath radiator, it can be used all year round. They have a high-quality bathroom with a washbasin, shower and a bathtub with a “lake view”. There is also a toilet with washbasin on the ground floor and upper floor. The fully equipped kitchen, furnished according to your wishes, with a separate laundry room with washing machine connection, leaves nothing to be desired.
